Intermediate to Senior Architect or Architectural Technologist (5-10 years of experience)
Starting Pay Range: $ 80,000 – $100,000/ year based on experience

We have an immediate opening for an Intermediate Architectural Technologist to join a dynamic team working on a meaningful mixed-use project. The successful candidate will extensive experience in contract documentation and administration

We would love to hear from you, if you possess the following knowledge and experience:
• Must be registered with the AIBC or eligible to register with the AIBC;
• A Degree in Architecture or completion of a Building Technology program from an accredited institution;
• Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience with an Architectural practice;
• Experience and proficiency in preparing construction contract documents and coordinating with consultants;
• Construction Administration experience;
• Understanding of building systems and technologies and building envelope details.
• Working knowledge of the National Building Code and BC Building Code Part 3;
• Excellent communication skills.
