ABOUT

The project is located within a water infrastructure plant and adjacent to a public park within a residential neighbourhood. The building plan, footprint and height are generally driven by operational requirements, and it includes a loading bay, electrical and generator rooms and an office.

The mechanical equipment is located on an exterior mezzanine above the office and entrance area and on the roof, completely hidden from view. The butterfly roof allows for rain water collection that drains into a public landscaped area at the East side of the building.
