ABOUT

This facility provides state of the artwater treatment facilities for the Carcross community. It is designed to maximize efficiency of services while minimizing the envelope.

It includes a truck bay, water treatment area, offices and an upper mezzanine and is designed in response to the severe northern climate and to protect the service area from the strong winds from Bennett Lake.

Constructed in steel, with metal and cement board cladding to provide a robust durable building with a pleasing aesthetic. Its envelope is exterior insulated to avoid condensation issues.
