Beachway II will transform seven existing single family home lots into a vibrant new community with a mix of residential units for “growing up and growing old” in the same neighbourhood. Open and engaging public
realm spaces and routes are provided to enhance the character of the built environment, supporting the City of White Rock’s socially-oriented urban design principles.
The vision is to create an affordable community within a 15 minute walk to the Semiahmoo Town Centre, and a 5 minute walk to the Peace Arch Hospital Precinct.
