Meghan Froehlich
As a registered architect, Meghan brings 10 years of architectural and interior design expertise from her work in offices in British Columbia and Alberta. Since joining the team in 2017 she has been involved in a diverse array of project types, with a focus on community and advanced education spaces.
Meghan is a firm believer in the power of the built environment, at any scale, to strengthen community and enhance the lives of those who use it. She is passionate about working closely with users and translating their vision and values into built environments. She brings her considered design approach, attention to detail, and proclivity for finding joyful moments to each project. She has been the project architect for a variety of project types and scales ranging from master planning, feasibility studies and large scale residential to highly technical and detailed renovations.
Meghan graduated from Carleton University with a degree in Architectural studies and obtained a Masters of Architecture with high honors from the University of Calgary.
After growing up in Alberta and studying and working in various cities in Canada, Meghan is honoured to call Vancouver home and is grateful to the Musqueam/xʷməθkʷəy̓əm, Squamish/Sḵwx̱wú7mesh, and Tsleil-Waututh/Sel̓íl̓witulh, who allow her to live and work on their unceded territories.
She values both environmental and social sustainability, which has led her to pursue Passive House training as well as her involvement in community organizations with a focus on building equity in architecture. She is passionate about creating and discovering vibrant places and is happiest when exploring on her bike, longboard or paddleboard.
